New Delhi, April 5, 2012. Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) international
working president Dr Praveen Bhai Togadia today announced to launch a
nationwide movement next month against the government's decision to
grant 4.5 per cent reservation to Muslims within 27 per cent OBC
quota. A grand rally caled "Hindu Sarv jati Mahapanchayat" is called
for May 20 in New Delhi.

"On April 9, we would distribute more then one crore pumphlets to
awaken the countrymen and on 16 instant we would held protest ralies
and dharnas at all 'tehsil' and district level in the country for mass
awareness about minority reservation which would snatch away
government jobs and education of hindus," Dr Togadia added in a
meeting in New Delhi today.

Detailing about the meeting the VHP Media chief -Delhi said that one
crore letter in this regard would be distributed throughout the
country and we would start dharnas and protests at 'tehsil' and
district level. we would also educate the people against the
recommendations of the Ranganath Mishra and Rajinder Sachar
committees' reports on reservation for Muslims and demand to get them
rejected, Mr Bansal added. The meeting presided over by shri Om
Prakash Singhal, international vice president of VHP was held in
Udaseen ashram in Pahar ganj area of New Delhi. The state unit vice
president shri Brij Mohan Sethi, general secretary shri Satyendr Mohan
and secretary shri Gurdeen Prashad Rustagi were amongst others who
also addressed the meet.

Addressing a meeting of different casts, sects and segments of the
hindu society in the national capital the VHP leader also stated that
from June a movement of students and other youths would also be
launched against minority reservation. We want that the people should
boycott socially all the politicians who are engaged in vote bank
politics, he said. He alleged that some political leaders in the
country have been using the minority community for vote bank politics
staking the national interest.
