Jatropha, Barren, Surplus or Sick Industry Land Takeover Bill
March09, 2015 (C) Ravinder Singh ravinderinvent@gmail.com

Land Acquisition Bill being introduced is Flawed doesn’t provide for VOLUNTARY SALE of Land For Industries & Development or with Land Owner as Partner or Self Developer.

Farmers presently are Much Better Qualified than Ambani or Adani and are ideal for MSMEs.

GOI can avoid Confrontation with Farmers on issue of Land Acquisition by giving priority to –

  1. Jatropha Land,
  2. Barren Land,
  3. Surplus Land with Industry, Builders,
  4. Takeover of Sick Units.
  5. Mining Land Acquisition in Phases On Returnable Basis.

1.      Jatropha Land: -  Millions of acres of barren land was acquired for Jatropha Cultivation but Jatropha Cultivation has failed. This land can be developed for Smart Cities and Industry Clusters.

2.      Barren Land: -  Millions of acres of barren is available mostly owned by states can be acquired cheaply.

3.      Surplus Land with Industry, Builders: - Industry & Builders have already acquired Many Times the land they require – builders own 100 year Land Bank.

4.      Takeover of Sick Units: -  Over 50% of Industries are SICK, takeover of Sick Units with Land and Bank Dues Could INEXPENSIVELY Revive Indian Industry.

5.      Mining Land Acquisition in Phases On Returnable Basis: - Land Acquisition should be based on Phased Acquisition and Restore & Return Basis.

6.      Farmers & Forest Dwellers should have 90% Equity in Projects to Mine Natural Resources.

2% IMPERIAL BANK Rate Cut Is Rs.20 Lakh Cr Loss to India
March09, 2015 (C) Ravinder Singh ravinderinvent@gmail.com

It is most shocking that Rate Cut of just 2% by RBI which operates Worse Than IMPERIAL BANK serving interests of few Corporate would actually translate to well over Rs.20 lakh crores Loss people of India.

It also means Corporate India shall be able to Service Rs.60,00,000 Crore DEBT than Rs.50,00,000 Crores presently. Motivate them to DELAY PAYMENT OF DUES TO BANKS.

Corporate would CLAIM Rs.1 Lakh Crore More Annual Tax Concessions.

Corporate worth $2000 billion would not Create Intellectual Property shall not hire Engineers on R&D Programs.

They will pick up more Money From Banks meant to service 125 Crore Indians.

So immediately it shall dry up OPPORTUNITIES for 5m Indians Graduating annually from our Colleges for 4-5 years at least.

Instead of creating say 20m Jobs by MSMEs Corporate may create say 2-3 lakh jobs.
