Clinton after fainting recuperating at home

December 16, 2012
US State Department officials say Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is recuperating at home after sustaining a stroke of dehydration on Saturday.
Clinton fell ill due to a stomach virus last week. She was forced to cancel a planned trip to Morocco to attend an international conference on Syria.
She was expected to testify before Congress this week on the attack on the US consulate in Libya in September that killed the US ambassador and 3 other Americans. But she will be unable to appear for the congressional hearings.
Clinton has already made clear her intention to step down. During her 4 years in office, she visited 112 countries, the most as a US secretary of state.

US media have reported that President Barack Obama has picked Senator John Kerry to succeed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who has decided to leave office.
They say Obama is expected to make the announcement in a few days.
69-year-old Kerry, currently serving as chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, was the Democratic nominee for president in 2004.

Respected Sir,
It is most shocking Patents Grants are back to 1997 level In spite of well over 20 fold increase in Credits to Industry and MSMEs – then China was granting 4000 patents to India 2000 approx and our filings abroad were also in similar proportions 160 to 80. China is now 1st in filing Patents/ IPR, 2nd in grants.

Patent grants to Indians declined 75% to 776 Patents in comparison resident grants in China were up from 31,945 to 122,347 Patents since 2007after NKC Sam Pitroda made recommendations to boost R&D. (Out of 776 Patents more than half are filed by CSIR, mostly bogus Process Patents, or SMEs,)

Foreign grants are also down to a third – this means India Didn’t Promote Indians IPRs Nor Let In Foreign Technologies – Imports Last Year Were $485b, soon India may be Importing Every Manufactured Goods.

Since 1997 there 50 Times increase in Engineering Seats in Colleges.
