All party meet called by the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh last night on
Lokpal and parties voicing divergent views on some key elements like
inclusion of CBI and lower bureaucracy the movement of Anna has also been diluted as their team has made the issue too complicated by adding mechanism which needed more than 50,000 new persons to be deployed by the government as watchdog to carry out the entire process at national level.
Lokpal -edifice is not to have its own administrative mechanism but it is mechanism to root out corruption with which he or his state-level chief,order for inquiry and investigation has to be undertaken by the available best peoples in the government and proceeds to be submitted to the Lokpal -Lokutya and he in turns forward to the respective court for their judgement with his recommendations.

BJP pitching for inclusion of Group C and D employees under the Lokpal, a stand staunchly opposed by CPI.BJP and other opposition parties also demanded that CBI's investigative wing should come under Lokpal.
Both the Left and Right were on the same page with regard to inclusion of PM under the Lokpal.
