Subject : Bribe taken by Shri Arvind Kejriwal for giving AAP ticket

We have just came across interview of Shri Uday Jakhar son of Shri Balbir Singh Jakhar, Aam Aadmi Party Candidate from West Delhi who has claimed that his father has paid Rs.6 crore to Shri Arvind Kejriwal and another AAP leader Shri Gopal Rai for obtaining ticket of Aam Aadmi Party.

It is a serious allegation levelled against none other than Chief Minister of Delhi who is a public servant for taking bribe for giving party ticket in an illegal manner. Such conduct of a person like Delhi Chief Minister is highly deplorable and needs to be condemned in strongest terms as it also violates the code of conduct issued by the Election Commission.

Since the allegations are very serious in nature, we request you to please institute a probe immediately and since Delhi is going to Polls tomorrow, please immediately issue notices to Arvind Kejriwal, Gopal Rai, Balbir Singh Jakhar and Uday Jakhar.

We hope that it will receive your immediate attention and in the larger interest of democracy, you will be kind enough in taking immediate action.
