I am mostly against the ban's, people have right to do what they want to do. But there are few things which if banned would be good for everyone. Our Prime Minister initiated the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and it is indeed a very good initiative but we all need to participate to make it successful and there are people who are doing there bit, In order to make it more successful and mind you if these Gutkas, Pan Masalas and Pan are banned the result of this movement would be visible. The spitting of Gutka/Pan Masala/PAN not only makes the surrounding bad but is health hazard too and This is the precise reason i feel these needs to be banned as people are not ready to follow the discipline in their life, so it sometimes we need to enforce the discipline and Hence i feel the PAN/Gutka/Pan Masala's should totally be banned.
