G20 Leaders' Communiqué, Antalya Summit , 15-16 November 2015
The leaders of the G20, met in Antalya , Turkey on 15-16 November 2015 to determine further collective actions towards achieving strong, sustainable and balanced growth to raise the prosperity of the people. The leaders resolved to ensure that the growth is robust and inclusive, and delivers more and better quality jobs.

In pursuing their objectives, the leaders agreed to adopt comprehensive agenda around the three pillars ofdecisive implementation of past commitments to deliver on promises, boosting investments as a powerful driver of growth and promoting inclusiveness in their actions so that the benefits of growth are shared by all.
The global economic growth is uneven and continues to fall short of expectations, despite the positive outlook in some major economies. The risks and uncertainties in financial markets remain, and geopolitical challenges are increasingly becoming a global concern. In the wake of the above concerns the leaders at the summit agreed on the following:
Strengthening the Recovery and Lifting the Potential through
Ø      Implementation of sound macroeconomic policies in a cooperative manner to achieve strong, sustainable and balanced growth. 
Ø      Commitment to lift collective G20 GDP by an additional 2% by 2018.
Ø      Timely and effective implementation of growth strategies that include measures to support demand and structural reforms to lift actual and potential growth, create jobs, promote inclusiveness and reduce inequalities.
Ø      Commitment to ensure that growth is inclusive, job-rich and benefits all segments of our societies. The G20 leaders are focused on promoting more and better quality jobs in line with G20 Framework on Promoting Quality Jobs and on improving and investing in skills through the G20 Skills Strategy.
Ø      Reaffirmation of a strong commitment to better coordinate efforts to reinforce trade and investment, through Adjusted Growth Strategies. Inclusive Global Value Chains (GVCs) have also been identified as important drivers of world trade.

Enhancing resilience

Ø      Strengthening the resilience of financial institutions and enhancing stability of the financial system, crucial to sustaining growth and development.
Ø      To reach a globally fair and modern international tax system, the leaders agreed to endorse the package of measures developed under the ambitious G20/OECD Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) project.
Ø      In support of the growth and resilience agenda, the leaders remain committed to building a global culture of intolerance towards corruption through effectively implementing the 2015-2016 G20 Anti-Corruption Action Plan.

Buttressing Sustainability

Ø      The leaders are committed to ensuring that their actions contribute to inclusive and sustainable growth. The 2030 Agenda, including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Addis Ababa Action Agenda, sets a transformative, universal and ambitious framework for global development efforts.
Ø      The leaders support key areas for sustainable development such as energy access, food security and nutrition, human resource development, quality infrastructure, financial inclusion and domestic resource mobilization. They endorse the G20 Action Plan on Food Security and Sustainable Food Systems.
Ø      The private sector has a strong role to play in development and poverty eradication. Through the  G20 Call on Inclusive Business the leaders stress the need of all stakeholders to work together in order to promote opportunities for low income people and communities to participate in markets as buyers, suppliers and consumers. 
Ø      The leaders stay focused on the G20 Principles on Energy Collaboration and welcomed the Energy Ministers´ first meeting ever. Recognizing that globally over 1.1 billion people lack access to electricity and 2.9 billion rely on the traditional use of biomass for cooking, the G20 leaders agreed to endorse the G20 Energy Access Action Plan.
Ø      Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. The leaders recognize that 2015 is a critical year that requires effective, strong and collective action on climate change and its effects. They reaffirmed the below 2 degree Celsius goal as stated in the Lima Call for Action. They also affirmed their determination to adopt a protocol, another legal instrument or an agreed outcome with legal force under the UNFCCC that is applicable to all Parties.
Ø      The leaders  acknowledged the threats to the security of and in the use of ICTs, and committed to bridge the digital divide. They also agreed to ensure an environment in which all actors are able to enjoy the benefits of secure use of ICTs.
Meeting of the BRICS Leaders on the Margins of the G20 Summit
The BRICS leaders met on the sidelines of the G20 Summit in Antalya on 15 November 2015. During the meeting the leaders underlined the importance of strengthening BRICS strategic partnership guided by the principles of openness, solidarity, equality, mutual understanding, inclusiveness and mutually beneficial cooperation. The leaders also welcomed the substantive progress made this year in advancing intra BRICS cooperation. 

The leaders instructed relevant agencies of BRICS countries to engage actively in the implementation of the Strategy for the BRICS Economic Partnership adopted as well as in preparing a draft BRICS Roadmap for Trade, Economic and Investment Cooperation until 2020.

The leaders exchanged views on the main topics on the G20 Summit agenda and agreed to pursue issues of mutual interest to the BRICS countries. The leaders agreed that the global economy was still at risk and its recovery was not yet sustainable, which underlines the importance of strengthening macroeconomic policy coordination and cooperation among G20 members to avoid negative spillovers and to achieve strong, sustainable and balanced growth.

The leaders welcomed the adoption of and expressed their commitment to the implementation of the2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development as well as the Addis Ababa Action Agenda and acknowledged the coordination and cooperation efforts made by the BRICS countries.

The leaders also look forward to a successful outcome at COP 21 in Paris in December, and affirm their determination to adopt at the Paris Conference a protocol, another legal instrument or an agreed outcome with legal force under the UNFCCC that is applicable to all Parties. They expect the Paris agreement to be fair, balanced, durable and comprehensive, reflecting the principles of equity and common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities, in light of different national circumstances.
