When Narendra Modi [LK Advani earlier] made promises to bring back $4
Trillion to $10 Trillion of Black Money in Foreign Countries – he has
no idea that FEMA doesn’t apply to Foreign Residents or Nationals and
that FERA after REPEAL is purely a Civil Court which can’t even arrest
the Criminals, No Jail Term.
