EMERGENCY 2  Naresh Sagar  Home Show Tiles

PDP-BJP Agenda: Is AFSPA the real issue ? Or is AFSPA issue just another Media's illusion ? Must discuss.
Is AFSPA the only issue that Media has been given to debate for ? What about other issues ? The 11-point proposal that was published in a local English daily in Kashmir valley said that PDP demands were,
1. Normalization of ties with Pakistan
2. Talks with Hurriyat
3. AFSPA removal within one year
4. Freeing land under Army... More>>

Can Delhi Police start an Online System for lodging FIRs ? Please discuss.
Delhi Police allows to file online police report of article and document lost (http://www.delhipolice.nic.in/register.html). Can Delhi Police have an online system to file FIR for other issues also ? All developed nations support this feature.

It is very helpful because the complainant gets the time and peace of mind (no harassment faced because no police stations involved) while submitting the online complaint. Such online FIRs lodged can be further followed upon by a dedicated team of police professionals by calling the complainant or... More>>

Limit the use of loud-speakers in Temples located in Residential Areas. Please discuss.
Those temples which are located in residential areas, generally allow use of Loud-Speakers to anyone for Kirtan / Bhajan / Jaagran. People bribe (in the form of dakshina) the caretakers/Pandits and use the temple premises easily for all religious occasions, at cheap rates.

If organized with proper advertisements and advance notice, those interested can schedule their day-to-day activities accordingly and also enjoy such religious occasions. Otherwise the use of Loud-Speakers in these temples create lot of Noise Pollution for people residing close to these temples... More>>

Making Delhi better
My appeal to Rohit Dalmia : this is a public forum for making Delhi better. I respect your right to support AAP and to criticize BJP, but please use this forum for what it is : making Delhi better. Please post your eulogies of AAP and criticism of BJP as much as you want, but don't waste everyone's time on this forum. If you have constructive suggestions to give please do that. I for one believe that our loyalty should be to India and not to any political party.
My suggestions on governance to Mr.Kejriwal : 1) Many of Delhi's problems are attributable to the character (or lack of it) among Delhi-ites. Do not shy away from holding citizens also accountable... More>>

freehold option for flat owners
There is no provision in existing law which allows builder flat owner to get his flat freehod independently.The problem is that plot is leasehold and on that builder has constructed the flats and sold on power of attorney.Now an individual owner who wants to get it freehold after paying duty cannot do so.This results in;
1 loss of govt revenue
2 depriving the ownership right, problem in sucession

Make Delhi a liveable place
All politicians have to rise above their personal political interests & think about to decongest the Delhi & make its environment for healthy living. All private vehicles above 15 years should go through stringent tests & found suitable then these should be allowed on road. Keep strigent eyes on the Jugghis cluster & it should not be allowed on the govt. land.
Commercial vehicles need monitoring and police should do their duty
First stop expansion of city,Find average water is available, work out the cost of pumping and distribution and maintain of salary, taken into account arrive at the cost of water, if you want subside where will you bring matching fund, if profit comes out that you can give some subsidy.other wise no
