CBI accused not a GAIL employee

New Delhi, 29.06.2013: GAIL refutes the news item of any of its employee being under CBI custody on account of graft charges. Bhagwat Sagar Ojha, a Dy. Collector in Government of Uttar Pradesh, was on assignment from the State in the capacity of a Competent Authority to facilitate GAIL in RoU acquisition activity for laying pipelines in the region.  BS Ojha has been repatriated to the State. Both the accused are not the employees of GAIL (India) Limited.
