CONCIERTO
"Spanish Raga"
Martes 15 de Enero a las 7:00pm en el Auditorio del Instituto Cervantes de Nueva Delhi.
Entrada libre.
Sinopsis:. “Antes de viajar a India por primera vez, siempre me sentí atraído por su cultura, la medicina ayurveda, el Sánscrito, madre de todas las lenguas, y especialmente su música, madre de todas las músicas. En mi último viaje, aterricé en Goa en marzo de 2012. Mi amigo Sammy y yo fuimos a casa de Ashok Koshi en Cochin, Kerala. Aprecio la total cooperación, punto de conexión con Kanna, el Dr Oídos, Sivaram, quién dio nombre por primera vez a nuestro trabajo con “Raga Español”. Kannan era el coordinador, la máquina, y César era un soplo de aire fresco. Era muy fácil tocar con Vipin, Kannan, Ashok, Priya y Krishnakumar. Coordinar nuestros instrumentos era fácil, sólo teníamos que empezar a tocar y seguir los sonidos, como si volvieran de encontrar a madre e hijo tras un largo tiempo y emergieran en un abrazo rítmico y harmónico.” Iñaki Conejero.

Tras varias giras internacionales y trabajar con grupos de música profesionales como Charol, Cadillac, Viceversa, Los Secretos, Enrique Urquijo y Los Problemas entre otros, Iñaki Conejero llegó a India y empezó a experimentar otras músicas que van en busca de la luz, mientras sus compañeros de viaje meditaban.
En su último viaje a India conoció a Kannan, Vipin y Ashok, con los que ha realizado su último trabajo SPANISH RAGA, otra manera de entenderse.

Synopsis: “Before I travelled to India for the first time, I was always attracted by its culture, ayurvedic medicine, in Sanskrit, the mother of all languages and specially for its music, the mother of all music. On my last trip, I arrived in Goa in March 2012. My friend Sammy and I get to the house of Ashok Koshi in Cochin, Kerala. I appreciate the full cooperation, which was the point of connection with Kannan, and Dr Ears, Sivaram, who first gave names to work “Spanish Raga”. Kannan was the coordinator, the engine and Cesar the fresh morning guy. It was easy to play with Vipin, Kannan, Ashok, Priya and Krishnakumar. Pulling our instruments on these issues was easy, just had to start playing and followed the sounds, as if they return to find mother and son after a long time and merged into a hug rhythmic and harmonic.” Iñaki Conejero

After many international tours with music bands and orchestras, working with profesional bands like Charol, Cadillac, Viceversa, Los Secretos, Enrique Urquijo and Los Problemas among other, Iñaki Conejero arrived in India and started experimenting other kinds of music that search for the light, while his travel companions were meditating. In his last visit to India he met Kannan, Vipin and Ashok, with whom he has done his last production SPANISH RAGA, another way of understanding.
