Kedar Nath Sahni left for heavenly abode

Newspapers Editor society expressed great grief  over the demise of
Kedarnath Sahani, former governor of Sikkim and  ex Mayor of Delhi.
Mr NK Sagar, in a statement, said that K.N.Sahani was very closely
connected with the welfare people. 


KedarNath Sahani widely traveled overseas , especially during the
infamous Emergency of 1975, to set up overseas Indians’ associations
in several countries.  A well known face   all over the
country because of being the first citizen of India ( as Mayor of
Capital city) and erstwhile Bharatiya Jana Sangh  and BJP leader. He
was known for his impeccable  social and political career of several
decades.

Senior BJP Leader Manniya Shri. Kedar Nath Sahni left for heavenly abode today morning.  After serving the social man kind for 85 long years, Late Kedar Nath Sahni passed away peacefully at 10.20 AM on 3rdOct 2012 at Batra Hospital in South Delhi, India.  

On 4th Oct 2012, from 1.00 PM to 3.00 PM, the parthiv sharir of the Late Leader shall be placed for “Darshan” and last respects at BJP Central Office, 11 Ashok Road, New Delhi-110001. The cremation shall take place the same day in the evening at 6.00 PM at Lodhi Road Crematorium, New Delhi.
